Graduated Loyola of Montreal, 1970. Taught 2 years in Troy (School 12 and Knickerbacker). Taught 8 years in St. Petersburg, FL (St.Jude Cathedral School). Married Peggy in 1973. Director of Organizational Development, Bayfront Medical Center, 1980-1985. Organizational Development & Training Manager, City of Fort Lauderdale, 1985-2004 (retired). External consultant in OD, 1985-?. Wine shop investor 2007-2008 (bad investment, lots of wine). Teacher, 6th grade Religion and (almost) permanent substitute, St. Patrick's Interparish School, Gainesville, 2009-at least coming year.
The search for what I want to be when I grow up continues, but in the meantime, Peggy and I enjoy travelling, babysitting grandkids (very littlle sitting involved), working around the yard, following the Gators (the Gator Nation is everywhere), and generally enjoying the day at hand. |

I was the end of 4 boys to go to CCHS. My first day in Chemistry, Sr. Gertrude Mary was asking our names. When I said Bruce Lucier, she asked if I was related to Gary, Paul and Wayne. When I responded yes, she immediately said, "Get out"! She did let me back in, with promises to not be like them. |
